We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented college student to join our Accounting team as an Accounting Intern. This internship is a great opportunity to gain exposure to real-world financial operations and learn the basics of accounting in a supportive, hands-on environment.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with data entry and organization of financial records
• Prepare simple spreadsheets or reports under guidance
• Shadow accounting team members to learn how financial processes work
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
• Perform administrative tasks as needed (e.g., scanning, photocopying, organizing files)

Learning Objectives:

• Understand the fundamentals of bookkeeping and accounting principles
• Gain experience with accounting software and tools (e.g., NetSuite, Excel)
• Develop organizational and time-management skills in a professional setting
• Learn how accounting supports overall business operations

• Current College Student
• Interest in finance, accounting, or business-related fields
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and computer skills
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
• Good communication and organizational skills
• Reliable and able to maintain confidentiality

Physical requirements

This job may require extended periods of sitting and using computer peripherals.
