The wage for this Practice Lead position is $25-$30/hour depending on skills, experience, and location. 

 

Please note that this is a new job opening. 

 

Your Role: 

  • Lead, coach, and support the dental administrative team to drive productivity, engagement, and patient retention 

  • Coordinate effective communication between front and back-office teams 

  • Assist the Practice Manager with training, development, and daily delegation of the administrative team 

  • Manage patient concerns and conflicts, escalating to the Practice Manager as needed 

  • Oversee and optimize appointment scheduling to meet daily production goals with minimal open chair time 

  • Ensure pre-authorizations, appointment confirmations, and cancellation prevention processes are completed in advance 

  • Engage new patients before and after their first visit to deliver a positive and consistent patient experience 

 

About You: 

  • Minimum 3-5 years of Dental Administration experience is  

  • Leadership experience is considered an asset 

  • Clinical background and experience with dental software programs is
