DescriptionWe are currently seeking an AI Business Analyst to join our team.
The AI Business Analyst works with end users to identify challenges, design relevant AI use cases, and support the adoption of AI tools across the organization. Collaborating with IT teams and business units, the analyst focuses on engaging users, understanding their workflows, and co-creating practical AI solutions. When existing approved platforms can meet business needs, the analyst develops and integrates those tools—such as Copilot or other authorized agents—into current processes. The priority is enabling, training, and supporting user adoption rather than software development or project management. The AI Business Analyst ensures solutions are practical, well-integrated, and effectively used by teams.
Here’s what would be included as a part of your typical day
- Business Engagement & Problem Understanding: Engages directly with business teams and end users to understand business processes, pain points, and opportunities. Facilitates conversations that surface meaningful problems where AI can improve efficiency, quality, decision‑making, or employee experience. Builds strong, trusted relationships with business partners to support ongoing AI enablement.
- AI Use‑Case Identification & Solutioning: Identifies, defines, and shapes AI use cases in collaboration with end users. Translates business needs into clear AI use cases that align with organizational priorities, responsible AI principles and regulatory requirements. Focuses on practical, value‑driven solutions rather than technology‑led implementations.
- AI Enablement Using Approved Tools: Works directly with end users to apply AI solutions using approved AI platforms and tools (e.g., Copilot and other enterprise AI capabilities), using existing features wherever possible. Configures and demonstrates AI solutions that integrate naturally into business workflows. Ensures solutions are usable, understandable, and sustainable for business teams.
- Adoption, Training & Change Enablement: Shows, coaches, and trains end users on how to leverage AI tools effectively in their daily work. Supports teams in moving from initial experimentation to confident, ongoing use of AI. Develops simple guidance, examples, and learning materials to reinforce adoption and sustained utilization.
- Collaboration Across Teams: Collaborates within the AI Business Solutions team and across other IT teams, business teams and subject matter experts as needed. Engages additional technology or automation teams only where complexity requires it, while maintaining ownership of the use case. Ensures alignment across teams without creating unnecessary dependencies.
- Value Realization & Continuous Improvement: Works with business partners to assess outcomes and benefits from AI use cases. Gathers feedback from end users to refine solutions and improve effectiveness. Supports continuous improvement of AI usage patterns across teams and functions.
- Responsible AI & Governance Awareness: Ensures AI use cases align with enterprise policies related to risk, privacy, security, responsible AI and regulatory compliance. Raises potential risks or considerations early and work with appropriate partners to address them. Promotes responsible and appropriate use of AI within business teams.
