You are:
You are an MDM Stibo Data Analyst responsible for maintaining high-quality master data in Stibo STEP while monitoring and improving data integrity using Collibra Data Quality & Observability. You ensure accurate data flows, support data governance processes, and help resolve data issues across product, customer, and supplier domains.

Key Responsibilities:
Maintain and update master data within Stibo STEP, including attributes, hierarchies, workflows, and validation rules.
Perform data profiling, rule execution, scoring, and quality monitoring using Collibra Data Quality & Observability.
Troubleshoot data issues, conduct root-cause analysis, and coordinate resolution across business and technical teams.
Support data governance processes by documenting data definitions, stewardship tasks, lineage, and quality metrics.
Assist with onboarding, standardization, and enrichment of product, customer, or supplier data domains.
Collaborate with integration and business teams to ensure accurate data flow between MDM and downstream systems (ERP, CRM, eCommerce, analytics).
This role will require 3 days per week at the local Mississauga office or a client site located in the Greater Toronto Area.
What you need:
2-3 years of demonstrated proficiency working with Stibo STEP (MDM / PIM) including workflows, data models, or data stewardship tasks.
A bachelor's degree or college program, usually in computer science, computer engineering, or mathematics.
Practical experience and proficiency in the use of Collibra Data Quality & Observability for profiling, rule configuration, and score carding.
Strong data analysis skills including SQL, data validation, root-cause investigation, and reporting.
Understanding of data governance concepts (data domains, ownership, lineage, business rules).
Ability to translate business requirements into data rules, validations, and process improvements.
Bonus points if you have:
Experience integrating Stibo STEP with ERP, CRM, or eCommerce platforms.
Familiarity with Collibra Data Governance Center (catalog, glossary, workflows).
Exposure to ETL tools, APIs, or automation frameworks for data onboarding or transformation.
