Analytics Intern

What You Will Do

• Analyze and interpret data to uncover insights and trends

• Assist in the development and implementation of data analytics projects

• Create data visualizations and reports to communicate findings to stakeholders

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support data-driven decision-making

• Conduct research on emerging trends and technologies in data analytics

• Support additional analytics projects and initiatives as assigned

What You Bring

• Currently pursuing a graduate degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field

• Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

• Understanding of statistical analysis and data modeling techniques

• Familiarity with data visualization tools and techniques

• Knowledge of database management and querying languages

• Basic understanding of machine learning concepts and algorithms

• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills

• Excellent problem-solving abilities

• Strong communication and presentation skills

• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

Preferred Experience

• Experience with data analytics tools such as Power BI

• Experience handling large data sets

Work Environment

• This role is based in Indianapolis, Indiana, with a hybrid schedule of three days in the office each week

• Must be able to work at a computer for extended periods

• Reliable internet connection required for remote work
