You will review and communicate business results and promotions daily with your team and partners to grow share the partner’s business. You will focus on supporting the partner achieving maximum sales results - discovering new opportunities for the partner to grow the Apple business, enhance business partner relationships, and enrich customers’ lives through Apple products. \\n\\nYour work hours will be based on business needs and require you to work weekends and evenings and commute between different store locations, including up to 60-80% travel. You will be required to provide your own reliable transportation.
In this role, you will:\\n\\n- Lead and develop a diverse team of individuals responsible for driving the Partner’s Apple business and for them to achieveing peak performance in revenue and objectives across an assigned territory.\\n- Work alongside team members in the store to demonstrate sales and growth strategies, ensure an exceptional Apple customer experience, and role model successful behaviors for your team.\\n- Provide encouragement and support to team members, including training and coaching to ensure your team can build deep product knowledge, overcome objections, and successfully advocate for Apple solutions.\\n- Hold your team accountable for ensuring all Apple fixtures, product exposures and merchandising elements in a territory are up to date and maintained according to Apple"s standards and planogram per store; This includes inspecting and driving effective merchandising roll-out and compliance through oversight, coaching, surveys, and quality audits.\\n- Develop impactful relationships with partner resellers at the store and district leadership levels to deliver training, demos, and ensure that partners are aware of the latest sales promotions.\\n- Deliver frequent business reviews and performance updates to partner senior and store leadership.
Minimum of 5-6+ years of related experience.\\nAbility to build, lead, and develop inclusive teams and attract and retain talent through performance management, coaching, guidance, and support.\\nOutstanding collaboration and influencing skills.\\nAbility to communicate effectively, engage actively, and build strong relationships internally and externally by instilling trust and integrity.\\nAbility to motivate and inspire others and advocate for Apple’s values.\\nBachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.\\nFluency in English.
Empathy and resilience to support the needs of a diverse team, navigate ambiguity, and embrace change.\\nAbility to prioritize time effectively and work independently.\\nBackground leading or supporting a technology sales or solution-based selling team and/or inspiring others within a dynamic, customer-centric environment is a plus.
