Working in a multi-discipline environment, the Assistant Project Manager (APM) supports all phases of highly technical residential projects—from schematic design and design development through pre-construction and construction administration.
The APM’s primary responsibility is to support the Project Manager and project team in organizing the complexities of our projects into effective management systems. This includes helping establish and monitor compliance with project processes, orchestrating information flows, and supporting the financial performance, schedule, and documentation required to deliver an exceptional client experience.
