About the Role
Our client, a respected design-build firm with a strong presence in corporate interiors, is seeking a Senior Project Coordinator to support project delivery across multiple office fit-out and commercial renovation projects. This position is suited for a highly organized, detail-focused professional looking to advance into a leadership pathway while working closely with Project Managers and site teams.
Key Responsibilities
Assist with project planning, scheduling, and coordination activities.
Prepare documentation including RFIs, submittals, change orders, and meeting minutes.
Track procurement, deliveries, and material schedules.
Support tender administration and subcontractor coordination.
Maintain project files, drawings, and updates across internal systems.
Monitor project progress and assist with reporting requirements.
Communicate with consultants, trades, and internal stakeholders to keep project milestones on track.
Provide on-site support as required, ensuring quality and compliance.
Qualifications
36+ years of experience in a project coordination role within commercial interiors or ICI construction.
Solid understanding of construction processes, drawings, and documentation.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Proficiency with construction management software and Microsoft Office.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage competing priorities.
Interest in growing into a Project Manager role is considered an asset.
