We are looking for an Expert DevOps AWS with strong expertise in the AWS ecosystem, capable of designing efficient and secure cloud architectures while supporting development teams in adopting DevOps best practices.
Responsibilities:
-Design, deploy, and manage AWS infrastructures, ensuring high availability, performance, and security.
-Implement and optimize automated CI/CD pipelines (AWS CodePipeline, CodeBuild, CodeDeploy, GitHub/GitLab CI) to accelerate deployments and improve delivery quality.
-Work closely with development teams to integrate DevOps best practices, ensuring solutions meet performance and security requirements.
-Participate in the management and monitoring of AWS environments, including identity and access management (IAM), monitoring, logging, and cost optimization.
-Automate recurring processes to improve operational efficiency using Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform or AWS CloudFormation.
-Optimize cloud architectures to ensure scalability, high availability, and reliability.
-Collaborate with teams to quickly identify, analyze, and resolve technical issues in AWS environments.
-Propose innovative solutions to continuously improve DevOps processes and deployment efficiency.
Required Qualifications:
-Minimum 6 years of experience in DevOps, with strong expertise in the AWS ecosystem.
-Proven experience in designing and managing AWS services such as EC2, S3, RDS, ECS/EKS, Lambda, VPC, IAM, etc.
-Strong knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps tools on AWS.
-Scripting skills (Bash, Python, PowerShell) for process automation.
-Experience supporting development teams in adopting DevOps best practices.
-Solid understanding of AWS security best practices (IAM, KMS, Secrets Manager, Security Hub, Well-Architected Framework).
-Bilingual (English and French) with strong communication skills.
Nice to Have:
-AWS certifications such as AWS DevOps Engineer – Professional or AWS Solutions Architect.
-Experience with monitoring and observability tools (CloudWatch, Prometheus, Grafana).
-Knowledge of DevSecOps practices and Agile methodologies.
-Experience with Docker and Kubernetes (Amazon EKS).

CGI provides a reasonable estimate of the salary range for this position. The calculation of this range depends on various factors, including skill level, geographic market, experience, education, as well as professional licenses and certifications. Compensation decisions are based on the specifics of each case. A reasonable estimate for this salary range is between $70,000 and $120,000. This position is currently open.
