BAS Project Manager

Overview:

Our Client, a rapidly growing Systems Integrator is excited to bring onboard a BAS/Controls Project Manager in the San Francisco Bay Market. 
 
Job Duties and Position Responsibilities: 

• 3 years direct experience is necessary, with 5+ years experience in the Controls/BAS industry
• Manages the development of project, and oversees project activities to ensure quality and meet deadlines
• Participate in pre-bid and turn over meetings to evaluate the accuracy of sales estimate and layout
• Responsible for re-estimating reports, utilizing financial and monthly forecasting documents to manage project cost and minimize over spending
• Effectively bids and selects reliable sub-contractors
• Communicate with trade partners 
• Participates in final job site walk through and ensures all aspects of the project are completed

Experience Qualifications:

• Must be currently working in the Building Automation/ HVAC systems​ space
• Must have strong communication, comprehension and organization skills
