As a BCIon Intern, you are responsible for:

Performing essential office and support functions. The intern will assist with document handling, data organization, and other administrative tasks that help ensure efficient daily operations.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform general clerical duties including filing, copying, scanning, and indexing loan and dealer documents
  • Accurately organize and maintain physical and electronic files in accordance with company policies
  • Assist with data entry and document preparation as needed
  • Conduct low‑volume phone contact, such as confirming receipt of documentation or routing calls to appropriate team members
  • Provide administrative support to Customer Service and Operations staff, including ad‑hoc projects and special assignments
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive financial information with discretion
  • Follow established procedures and compliance requirements related to documentation and record retention

Education and Qualifications:

  • Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a high school, college, or university program.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) 
  • Clear verbal and written communication skills
