As part of Team Merlin at Merlin Entertainments, you’ll help turn visits into magical memories—welcoming guests into a colorful, immersive world full of laughter, wonder, and bubbles of fun.

🫧 What You’ll Be Doing

• Bring high-energy, enthusiasm, and positivity to every guest interaction

• Live and breathe the Merlin Values, delivering magical service at every opportunity

• Proactively engage with guests and create moments of joy and connection

• Manage guest lines safely while keeping the experience fun and upbeat

• Keep public areas clean, organized, stocked, and guest-ready

• Follow opening and closing procedures to keep the attraction running smoothly

• Help maintain a safe environment by following all Health, Safety & Security guidelines

Your goal? Make every guest leave smiling, laughing, and wanting to come back for more.

About You

•  6 months – 1 year experience working in attractions, entertainment, or customer service-based positions preferred.
• Fun, dynamic, and friendly personality.
• Excellent communication, listening, and motivational skills.
• Able to work in areas with loud noises and confined spaces.
• Self-motivated, able to work independently or as part of a team.
• Must be flexible and able to work a variety of shifts, including days, nights, weekends, holidays, and special events.
