Position Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst III / Data Analyst to support enterprise application development, business analysis, and end-user documentation initiatives within a large-scale state agency environment.
This role requires a strong blend of business analysis, data analysis, stakeholder collaboration, and technical documentation expertise. The ideal candidate will serve as a liaison between business users and IT teams, helping translate business needs into technical solutions while also developing clear, user-friendly documentation for internal applications.
This position works closely with Architecture, Project Delivery, Application Sustainment teams, and Contract Management Support (CMS) staff to support system enhancements, analyze raw data, gather requirements, and create training and reference materials that improve end-user adoption and operational efficiency.
Candidates with strong analytical thinking, documentation skills, and experience supporting enterprise software development environments will be especially successful in this role.
