Responsibilities

Work with the TCEQ IRD and user staff. Participates as the Project Manager/Business systems analyst in all phases of the Software development lifecycle to analyze, design, develop ad implement core TCEQ applications that use Java, JavaServer Faces, PrimeFaces, JavaScript, Hibernate and SQL

Business Analytics gathering requirements and creating/modifying documentation.

Conducting JADs, provide enterprise analysis including data analysis, project gaps, plans out milestones and goals of a project. Conduct meetings with good communication skills to bridge customer and technical teams.

Elicit business needs for new projects and existing projects.

Testing experience on modules that follow the requirements set forth for the modules.
