The role of the Business Analyst will be to collaborate closely with Business and IT Architects, as well as with business stakeholders, to contribute to business cases. Furthermore, the analyst will be responsible for conducting the necessary analyses to effectively prepare for the work to be undertaken. Throughout the delivery process, the analyst will support the delivery team to ensure the continuous alignment of the project scope, notably by participating in the drafting of acceptance test scenarios.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate on the drafting of business cases in conjunction with Business/IT Architects and stakeholders.
- Conduct in-depth analyses to facilitate work planning and execution.
- Define and validate current and target processes, and model them (BPMN).
- Document and define requirements and use cases.
- Support the delivery team to ensure alignment with the project scope.
- Participate in drafting user acceptance test scenarios.

Business Analysts are responsibleâin collaboration with stakeholders, as well as Business and IT Architectsâfor the successful delivery of the project dossier, specifically:
- Clarifying the context surrounding the business need (stakeholders, problem definition, etc.)
- Gathering relevant information to define the current state
- Validating business needs
- Validating requirements
- Contributing to solution design scenarios
- Identifying solution components (including the Minimum Viable Product)
- Documenting and modeling business processes (BPMN)
- Contributing to cost and effort estimates
- Identifying implementation risks
- Establishing an implementation plan
- Defining a high-level Change Management strategy in collaboration with the Change Management team
- Analyzing and documenting business processes
- Coordinating requirements related to the procurement process
- Participating in the execution phase (managing the Product Backlog)

Requirements
QUALIFICATIONS
- Hold a university degree or equivalent.
- Possess several years of relevant experience, with advanced expertise in in-depth analysis to effectively prepare for upcoming work.
- Be capable of working autonomously within a complex and rapidly evolving environment.
- Have actively participated in large-scale projects. IIBA Certification (an asset).
- SAFe Certification (an asset).
