Our global network includes facilities in Canada, the United States and Hungary ensuring regional expertise and global strength.   The Position: Eclipse Automation is seeking a Business Analyst to support enterprise systems, internal databases, and access management initiatives. This role will focus on analyzing enterprise data models, defining integration patterns, and designing scalable role‑based access and permission strategies aligned with business, security, and compliance needs. The ideal candidate is analytically strong, detail‑oriented, and comfortable working independently in a contract environment while collaborating with cross‑functional stakeholders across the business.   What You’ll Be Doing: Analyze enterprise data models (e.g., employee, organizational structure, jobs, labor) and map data to downstream systems and consumers Define and document integration approaches for real‑time and batch data synchronization Work with internal databases, enterprise platforms, and custom or legacy systems to support data and access initiatives Design and document role‑based access control (RBAC) and permission models aligned with enterprise roles and system usage Review existing access patterns to identify gaps, risks, or over‑privileged access Ensure permission and access designs support multiple business units, worker types, and regions Align solutions with security, compliance, and audit requirements Produce clear documentation including data mappings, permission models, and access governance guidelines Collaborate with technical and business stakeholders to communicate findings and recommendations   What We’re Looking For: 1–3 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Systems Analyst, or similar role Experience analyzing enterprise data models and supporting system integrations Exposure to role‑based access control (RBAC) or permission strategy design Strong analytical thinking, problem‑solving, and documentation skills Experience working with custom or legacy systems and navigating architectural constraints Ability to work independently and manage deliverables in a contract role Strong written and verbal communication skills   Why Join Us: Here at Eclipse Automation, creation and innovation are at our core, and our culture reflects that.
