Business Analyst

If you’re a strong communicator with exceptional analytical skills and a passion for improving systems and user experiences, we’d love to hear from you.   Permanent Full-Time (40 hours) Monday to Friday 8:00 am – 4:30 pm (flexible); Hybrid Salary: $75,000 - $90,000 per year   In this role, you will: Analyze business functions to determine operational objectives and evaluate output requirements. Develop workflow charts, diagrams, and specifications by studying system capabilities. Improve systems by reviewing current practices and designing effective process or system modifications. Engage stakeholders using best‑practice techniques to gather requirements and validate them through acceptance criteria and testing. Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and implementation teams, supporting solution development, implementation planning, and RFP processes.   You have: A bachelor’s degree in computer science, business administration, or a related discipline, with at least 5 years of progressive Business Analyst experience. Strong ability to analyze, document, and translate business requirements into clear deliverables and actionable objectives. Experience working in Agile environments, with knowledge of standard BA documentation practices. Professional communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills to engage stakeholders at all levels.
