Translating business process models to technical realization
Education required: A university degree, college diploma or a related discipline
3+ years’ work experience in a business environment, preferably IT
ITIL V4 foundation certification or commitment to achieve it
Customer focused: motivated by inspiring others to do things differently
Technically inclined, process oriented and driven by a natural curiosity
Happy in an environment where you can work independently as well as collaboratively
A continuous learner: acquiring new skills and software applications is second nature
Able to navigate in a fast-paced work environment where solutions are not always clearly defined
