What We Need
CORPAY is hiring a high-caliber Business Analyst to operate across strategy, product, operations, finance, and risk as part of a rotational analyst program within Corpay’s US Vehicle Payments division. This is a high-exposure role designed for individuals who want to work on the company’s most important problems.
You will work directly with senior leadership and contribute to CEO-priority initiatives. You will be expected to quickly understand complex problems, structure ambiguity, and drive execution.
The role includes a structured rotational program, with rotations across initiatives touching a variety of business functions. Each rotation is expected to deliver measurable outcomes, not just exposure.
This role is designed as a launchpad into leadership, product, strategy, or operational roles.
This position falls under our MasterCard line of business and is located in Atlanta, GA. You will report directly to GM President and regularly collaborate with teams and other departments.

As a Business Analyst, you will be expected to work in an office environment. CORPAY will set you up for success by providing:
Assigned workspace in the Buckhead Atlanta office.

Role Responsibilities
The responsibilities of the role will include:
Own high-priority, ambiguous problems tied directly to company-level goals
Independently drive workstreams from problem definition through execution and delivery
Partner with senior leaders to frame decisions, challenge assumptions, and provide data-driven recommendations
Rotate across business-critical initiatives, with clear deliverables in each rotation
Analyze transaction, financial, and operational data to identify opportunities for revenue growth, cost reduction, and risk mitigation
Translate business problems into structured analyses, models, and actionable insights
Define success metrics and track performance against business objectives
Build dashboards, models, and reporting that directly inform executive decisions
Identify inefficiencies and drive automation, simplification, or redesign of processes
Work with product and engineering teams to scope and deliver system or workflow improvements
Qualifications & Skills
0-2 years of experience, Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Engineering, Data Analytics, or related field
Strong analytical and structured problem-solving ability
Demonstrated ownership mindset, ability to take ambiguous problems and drive them to resolution
Strong communication skills, including ability to synthesize and present to senior stakeholders
Proficiency in Excel for data analysis
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Basic understanding of payment ecosystem preferred
Exposure to high-impact, cross-functional projects preferred
Familiarity with product development, experimentation, or process optimization preferred
