Role Overview

As a Cabinet Maker, you will play a key role in the production of custom wood and metal pieces. This hands-on position is perfect for someone who values detail, enjoys working in a collaborative team, and has a passion for creating high-quality, one-of-a-kind items. You will work closely with our skilled team to assemble, finish, and perfect pieces that meet our high standards and exceed client expectations.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the assembly, finishing, and preparation of custom metal and wood pieces
• Handle materials safely and efficiently to support production
• Operate shop machinery and tools safely and effectively
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace to ensure shop safety
• Conduct quality checks to ensure craftsmanship meets our high standards
• Collaborate with the team to problem-solve and innovate on unique projects

Qualifications

• Experience in fabrication or a similar hands-on role is a plus
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality work
• Ability to work independently and as part of a small, collaborative team
• Physical stamina and comfort with hands-on work, including lifting and operating machinery
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Genuine interest in creativity, design, and custom fabrication
