We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Cabinet Service Technician to join our team. As a Cabinet Service Technician, you will be responsible for the installation, repair, and maintenance of cabinets in residential and commercial settings. You will work closely with our clients to ensure their cabinets are installed correctly and functioning properly. The ideal candidate will have strong carpentry skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.
· Install cabinets in accordance with blueprints, drawings, and specifications.
· Repair and refinish cabinets as needed, including fixing scratches, dents, and other damages.
· Perform routine maintenance on cabinets to ensure they are functioning properly.
· Collaborate with clients to address any concerns or issues with their cabinets.
· Communicate effectively with team members and clients to coordinate project timelines and expectations.
· Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
· Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations while on job sites.
· Keep accurate records of work performed and materials used.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES This position carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with company guidelines, policies and procedures, and applicable laws. Supervisory responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS
· Proven experience as a cabinet maker, carpenter, or similar role.
· Strong knowledge of woodworking techniques and materials.
· Ability to read and interpret blueprints and drawings.
· Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
· Good communication and interpersonal skills.
· Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
· Physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy objects.
· Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
· Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
· Certification or formal training in carpentry or cabinet making.
· Previous experience in customer service or client-facing roles.
· Familiarity with different types of cabinet materials and finishes.
· Knowledge of safety protocols and regulations in construction and woodworking.
