Civil Engineer/Project Manager

Growing full\-service firm looking to add a talented Civil Engineer\/Project Manager <\/span><\/span><\/span>to their Atlanta, Georgia team!<\/span><\/span>
<\/p>

<\/span><\/p>

Responsibilities:<\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/p>

• <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Lead internal team in completion of projections<\/span><\/span><\/span>
  <\/span><\/li>
• Lead site design\/documentation of retail and restaurant buildings (ground up, tenant fill out, remodel type projects)<\/span><\/span><\/span>
  <\/span><\/li>
• Develop project objectives, scope, and schedules<\/span><\/span><\/span>
  <\/span><\/li>
• Create a detailed project plan<\/span><\/span><\/span>
  <\/span><\/li>
• Project scheduling<\/span><\/span><\/span>
  <\/span><\/li>
• Client communication<\/span><\/span><\/span>
  <\/span><\/li>
• <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Project\/construction administration<\/span><\/span><\/span>
  <\/span><\/li> <\/ul>

   <\/span><\/span>
  <\/p>

  Requirements:<\/span><\/span>
  <\/p>

  • Bachelor’s Degree in civil engineering<\/span><\/span>
    <\/span><\/li>
  • 8+ years of experience<\/span><\/span>
    <\/span><\/li>
  • <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Ability to build strong relationships with clients and team <\/span><\/span>
    <\/span><\/li>
  • Ability to travel to site visits, planning\/zoning meetings, and meetings with local jurisdictions<\/span><\/span>
    <\/span><\/li> <\/ul>

    Salary is commensurate with experience.<\/span><\/span><\/span>
