We are seeking a skilled CMS Business Analyst to act as the key liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with either SAP Commerce Cloud (Hybris) or Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).
In this role, you will analyze business requirements, optimize digital content or e-commerce processes, and ensure platform implementations deliver a seamless and personalized user experience.
🔹 Requirement Elicitation
Conduct workshops, interviews, and user story mapping sessions
Gather, analyze, and document functional and non-functional requirements
🔹 Functional Specification
Translate business needs into detailed functional specs
Create user stories and acceptance criteria (Gherkin: Given–When–Then)
🔹 Process Mapping
Develop “As-Is” and “To-Be” workflows
Focus on CMS, digital asset management, or e-commerce processes
🔹 System Configuration & Testing
Support QA and UAT activities
Validate features and workflows in AEM/Hybris environments
🔹 Stakeholder Management
Collaborate with product owners, marketing teams, and developers
Bridge business requirements with technical feasibility
🔹 Platform Expertise (Choose One)
SAP Hybris: Product catalog (PCM), WCMS, order management, SAP integrations
AEM: Content authoring, components, DAM, personalization (Sites/Assets)
🔹 Agile Participation
Participate in Scrum ceremonies
Manage backlog using JIRA/ADO
Ensure Definition of Ready (DoR) compliance
Experience: 3–7+ years as a Business Analyst
Minimum 2+ years with AEM or SAP Commerce Cloud
Technical Skills: CMS concepts, HTML/CSS, data modeling
Tools: JIRA, Confluence, Visio/Lucidchart
Communication: Strong stakeholder communication skills
Analytical Ability: Process improvement and problem-solving
Education: Bachelor’s degree in CS, Business, or related field
Experience with AEM Cloud Service or SAP Commerce Cloud (SaaS)
Knowledge of SEO and digital marketing
Understanding of APIs and system integrations
