Program Overview:
Over eight-ten weeks, beginning May 28, 2026, and ending on August 7, 2026, the Summer Internship program is a paid multi-disciplinary program designed to complement your classroom training and career goals. The program is designed to introduce qualified and talented students to the many facets of a growing insurance brokerage and the industry as a whole.
Interns will have close access to company leaders while acquiring knowledge of a variety of service and specialty practice areas. Interns will work side-by-side with NFP professionals to experience unfiltered access to the role of an insurance broker, producer, and account manager. Just as importantly, interns will participate in a wide range of (in-person or virtual) networking and social opportunities across NFP community. Throughout the program interns will work towards a final project, drawing on their experiences across the three product segments, culminating in a presentation to NFP Leadership.
Job Summary:
The Intern will support the day-to-day activities of the Communications team. They will contribute to the business, will lead and own certain deliverables and will also be assigned to specific, meaningful projects throughout the duration of the internship.

The base salary range for this position is $18.00 to $24.00 per hour. The rate offered will be determined by factors including, but not limited to, experience, credentials, education, certifications, skill level required for the position, the scope of the position, and geographic location. Actual rate offered will be determined on a case-by-case basis.
