Position Summary

We are seeking a seasoned Construction Project Manager to oversee construction-related projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with client and organizational objectives. This role collaborates with internal teams, external partners, and stakeholders to manage planning, execution, and close-out of projects that improve organizational infrastructure and operational capabilities.

The ideal candidate is a highly organized, proactive leader with strong construction management experience and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end construction project planning, execution, monitoring, and close-out

  • Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation

  • Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, internal teams, and external stakeholders

  • Ensure compliance with safety standards, regulations, and contract requirements

  • Oversee quality control and on-site supervision

  • Identify and mitigate project risks and issues

  • Provide regular project status updates to leadership and clients

  • Maintain accurate project documentation and reporting

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of construction project management experience

  • Proven ability to manage complex construction projects

  • Experience with budgeting, scheduling, and contractor management

  • Strong knowledge of construction safety, compliance, and quality standards

  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills

  • Proficiency with project management software

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field

  • PMP, CCM, or equivalent certification

  • Experience with commercial, institutional, or mixed-use projects

  • Familiarity with contract administration and value engineering
