First Quality is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Ecommerce Summer 2026 Intern to support market analysis, product launches, and content development initiatives across our Absorbent Hygiene categories. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in competitive analysis, contribute to product launches and digital content creation and play a key role in monitoring consumer sentiment and competitor activity. As an Ecommerce Intern, you will collaborate cross-functionally, working with the Sales and Marketing team to improve Customer Experience (CX) on product pages, analyze competition and trends, learn consumer sentiment and how to convert into actionable insights — making a tangible impact on First Quality’s brand and product strategies.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Audit product detail pages to identify opportunities for enhancing Customer Experience (CX).

  • Improve content by uploading high-quality images and updating product information to optimize CX.

  • Review search functionality to assess factors influencing discoverability, including keywords and AI-driven results.

  • Analyze consumer feedback, ratings, and reviews to uncover actionable insights for CX improvements.

  • Develop and present recommendations to enhance the overall customer experience across platforms.

  • Monitor competitor product pages and digital experiences to identify best practices and potential enhancements for First Quality’s offerings.

Learning Outcomes:

By the end of this internship, the Ecommerce Intern will:

  • Understand the key elements that contribute to a successful eCommerce experience.

  • Gain proficiency in tools and platforms used to measure and monitor eCommerce performance.

  • Learn to translate consumer sentiment and competitive insights into actionable strategic recommendations.

  • Develop skills in digital merchandising, search engine optimization (SEO), and content management systems.

  • Contribute to real-world projects that directly enhance product visibility, customer satisfaction, and sales performance.

The ideal candidate should possess the following education/experience:

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in eCommerce, Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.

  • Strong interest in digital commerce, online retail, and consumer behavior.

  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.

  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • Familiarity with eCommerce platforms, analytics tools, or SEO concepts is a plus.
