Position Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Cabinet Salesperson with a strong background in working with builders and contractors. The ideal candidate will have proven success in driving cabinet sales, managing builder relationships, and delivering exceptional customer service. This role requires a combination of sales expertise, technical product knowledge, and the ability to work collaboratively with both internal teams and external partners.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with builders, contractors, and other key partners in the construction industry.
  • Identify sales opportunities and present cabinet solutions tailored to client needs.
  • Prepare accurate quotes, proposals, and design layouts for builder projects.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including design, production, and installation, to ensure timely project completion.
  • Stay current on product offerings, industry trends, and competitor activity.
  • Attend job sites and builder meetings as needed to support project planning and sales objectives.
  • Meet or exceed individual and team sales targets and contribute to overall company growth.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3–5 years of cabinet or kitchen/bathroom sales experience, preferably with builder accounts.
  • Strong understanding of cabinet design, materials, and construction processes.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency with design software, Microsoft Office, and CRM systems.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for site visits.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with high-volume builder accounts.
  • Familiarity with construction timelines and scheduling processes.
  • Knowledge of current trends in kitchen and bath cabinetry.
