FFE Procurement Intern

Oversee the purchasing of all FFE, project accessories and supplies while ensuring budgets are respected

Ensure each house is delivered on time, in collaboration with Design Manager, by anticipating delivery dates for all FFE, project accessories and supplies

Analyze spending patterns, identify cost-saving opportunities, and recommend efficiency improvements to optimize procurement operations.

Participate in the organization and coordination of procurement and storage

Take part in sourcing new products and proactively challenge the entire Cohabs concept

Challenge existing supplier relationships and actively negotiate deals for volume purchases

Actively and continuously contribute to the improvement of internal processes

Oversee the delivery and installation of equipment and decoration in the house

Support the Project Manager with house openings, including on site support, staging and dispatch of FFE and accessories
