Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Food Server Specialty to join our dining establishment in Las Vegas. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional dining service while ensuring guest satisfaction through attentive and professional interaction.

• Greet and assist guests in a friendly, professional manner while providing outstanding customer service
• Take and process food and beverage orders using computerized systems
• Efficiently retrieve and serve prepared orders from the kitchen
• Transport and balance food and beverage trays weighing up to 30-40 pounds
• Present guest checks and process payments accurately
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure proper food delivery
• Monitor guest satisfaction and address concerns promptly
• Assist management with daily operations as needed
• Ensure compliance with food safety and serving standards

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months of food and beverage service experience preferred
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
• Proven customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction
• Proficiency in using computerized point-of-sale systems
• Basic math skills for handling financial transactions
• Physical ability to stand and walk for extended periods
• Capability to lift and carry trays weighing up to 40 pounds
• Strong time management and organizational skills
• Team-oriented mindset with ability to work in fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards
• Must be able to obtain and maintain required food service certifications
• Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and holidays
