• Patient Volume: Lifestyle-friendly 6–8 patients per day

Compensation & Revenue Model

• Base Salary
• Bonus: Performance-based upside beyond $500K total earnings
• Structure: Services agreement with practice handling concierge infrastructure, billing, memberships, and admin—you focus on clinical/procedural fees
