Compensation may include base salary plus commission and performance incentives.
Jerry Seiner Dealerships is hiring an experienced Automotive Internet Sales Manager to lead our BDC / Internet Sales Department in California. This is a hands-on leadership role focused on lead conversion, CRM management, phone training, appointment setting, and sales performance.
This position is ideal for an automotive sales leader who thrives in a fast-paced dealership environment and is passionate about coaching teams, improving close rates, and delivering an exceptional customer experience.
Manage and lead the Internet Sales / BDC Team
Train and coach on phone skills, appointment setting, follow-up cadence, and objection handling
Oversee internet leads, phone leads, and digital sales inquiries
Monitor and improve lead response time, contact rate, appointment show rate, and close rate
Ensure proper CRM usage, documentation, and follow-up compliance
Assist with desking internet deals in partnership with Sales Management
Maintain clean, compliant deal structures while protecting and growing gross
Drive a customer-first sales process both online and on the showroom floor
Automotive Internet Sales Manager or Sales Manager experience required
Strong background in BDC operations, CRM systems, and lead management
Proven ability to train, coach, and hold sales teams accountable
Experience with digital marketing leads, phone sales, and online customer engagement
Results-driven, detail-oriented, and process-focused
