Education Background — Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.

Communication Skills — Strong written and verbal communication abilities.

Organizational Skills — Ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain attention to detail.

Tech Proficiency — Familiarity with MS Office; experience with HRIS tools is a plus.

Confidentiality — Ability to handle sensitive information with professionalism.

Working Environment Conditions/Requirements: (Special Information such as physical requirements, travel requirements, on-call schedules.)
- Ability to push, pull, and lift to 30 lbs. with or without accommodations
- Must be able to meet all physical requirements to perform all duties, including transporting and carrying materials and supplies to all designated locations to assist in meetings, conferences, and other events
- Must be in person at least 5x/week with full-time availability
