What you’ll be doing 

• Map user experience workflow and questions for various use cases 
• Review customer experiences and identify paint points. 
• Participate in digital team meetings 
• Work with team on projects as assigned.
• Support data platform operational activates
• Build operational dashboards
• Document operational process
• Help built operational KPI
   

What you bring  

• University/College student
• Business Administration or Marketing focus is an asset
