Position Summary:
The Intern will spend the summer working with corporate team members and other interns to learn about our company and the assigned division(s). Through interactions with employees, prospects and customers, the Intern will complete an assigned project(s) that will contribute to the business. An internship at Malone will provide many opportunities for career and personal development.

Primary Responsibilities:
• Complete assigned project(s) which will be designed around initiatives that help support departmental and company objectives.
• Attend team meetings, interact, and network with employees in different departments of the company.
• Demonstrate curiosity and remain open to learning about the industry, the business, and the work environment.
• Analyze and recommend process improvements through discovery conversations with leaders and team members.
• Assist team members in daily work activities.
• Must be available to work 20-30 hours a week
• Flexible with schedule but must be available in the afternoon
Qualifications:
•Interns must be a full-time college student pursuing a bachelor's degree in business or related field
•Must have strong knowledge and experience with Microsoft Office products
•Must possess good written and verbal communication skills; be a self-starter who positively relates and influences others, works well under pressure, and professionally represent our company.
