The Transaction Management intern will support a high performing team responsible for ensuring seamless onboarding, diligence, and transfer of mortgage servicing portfolios. This internship offers hands-on experience at the intersection of project management, operations, and data analytics, providing visibility into large scale mortgage transactions and the operational infrastructure that supports them. This role is ideal for a student who enjoys solving complex problems, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is eager to gain exposure to the inner works of the mortgage servicing industry.
Key Responsibilities:
⪠Assist in the coordination and execution of mortgage servicing transfers, acquisitions, and sales.
⪠Support project management activities, including tracking deliverables, updating status reports, and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders.
⪠Perform data validation and reconciliation across multiple servicers reporting to ensure accuracy and completeness.
⪠Use tools such as Excel, Power Query, and Power BI to analyze and manipulate large data sets for reporting, risk analysis, and operational insights.
⪠Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) and process improvement documentation.
⪠Prepare presentations and dashboards summarizing findings, trends, and key performance indicators for senior management.
⪠Partner with cross functional team to ensure data integrity and smooth operational execution.
Preferred Qualifications:
⪠Candidate pursuing a Bachelor’s or Masters degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Data Analytics, Operation Management, or related field.
⪠GPA requirement 3.5 or higher
⪠The candidate must have strong verbal and written communication skills and demonstrate ability to articulate complex concepts in a clear and succinct manner.
⪠Candidate must have completed their junior year in college by the beginning of the internship or be enrolled in relevant graduate program.

Program Details:
The Summer internship program runs for approximately ten weeks from Wednesday, May 27th to Friday, July 31st, 8:30-5:00 each business day. Daily work will include a focus on both academic and experiential learning. Interns will develop a macro understanding of banking and financial systems, a micro understanding of the secondary mortgage markets, and a high-level understanding of the mortgage acquisition business. The internship is compensated at a rate of $32 per hour. The program is onsite in the Oklahoma City office at 999 NW Grand Boulevard, and does not offer hybrid/remote work.
