Internal Sales / Branch Assistant

On a local level, with 33 locations throughout Australia and New Zealand, we specialise in a wide variety of industrial products including Power Transmissions and Bearings.  We are currently experiencing an exciting growth stage and we continue to be committed to our objective to be an efficient and effective supply chain manager of products and services. 

We are looking for an experienced Internal Salesperson / Parts Interpreter to join our team in Albany.

A little bit about the role:

• Attend to counter, telephone and online orders and enquiries
• Follow up customer quotes
• Assist in converting customer quotes to sales
• Process customer orders including sourcing, packing and despatch
• You’ll have the full support of your team and the opportunity to constantly develop your skills and knowledge

• You’re naturally a team player with a desire to provide exceptional customer service
• You’ve got proven customer service experience, ideally in the industrial retail sector
• You’ve got a strong mechanical aptitude
• You’re great at multitasking and prioritising
• You’ve got great interpersonal and communication skills
