Berman Subaru is looking for an Experience Internet Sales BDC Agent to add to the team! 

Position: Internet Sales BDC Agent
Location: Berman Subaru of Chicago
Pay: $34,000 - $95,000 annually (Competitive hourly + monthly bonuses)

Responsibilities:

• Respond promptly to inbound sales inquiries via phone and email
• Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to generate interest and set appointments
• Schedule and confirm sales appointments for the sales team
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns
• Maintain and update customer information in the CRM system
• Work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve dealership goals
• Provide excellent customer service to enhance customer experience
• Track and report on sales activities and performance metrics

Qualifications

• Previous BDC experience required
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient with computer systems and CRM software
