We are currently seeking an IT Business Analyst for a fast-growing manufacturing company that is strengthening its Application IT team to support a significant increase in projects, particularly around its ERP. As part of the Oracle EBS Application IT team, your mission will be to understand, structure, and translate business needs into high-quality application solutions, while actively contributing to the optimization of internal processes.

Your key responsibilities :
Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into clear and detailed functional specifications.
Participate in the design and modeling of application solutions.
Contribute to the definition, coordination, and execution of test scenarios.
Involve operations teams in user acceptance testing and obtain their approval.
Support solution implementations through training and operational support.
Document and map business processes.
Analyze costs, benefits, risks, and impacts of proposed changes.
Actively participate in continuous improvement of processes and working methods.
The profile we are looking for :
College or university degree in a relevant field (IT, Business Administration, Accounting).
Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT business analysis.
Mandatory experience in an ERP environment – Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS).
Strong understanding of business cycles and application systems.
Excellent communication skills and experience facilitating workshops.
Bilingual in French and English (required) due to ongoing collaboration with Ontario and the United States.
Experience in financial, manufacturing, and distribution systems.
