Job Summary:

Reporting to the Chief Information Officer (CIO), the Business Analyst/Jenzabar Administrator is responsible for
the administration and maintenance of the Jenzabar ERP system. This role includes managing updates,
performing basic database maintenance, writing reports, and training users. The position also involves handling
help desk tickets related to Jenzabar and collaborating with stakeholders to align system functionalities with the
University's objectives.

Essential Job Functions:
• Administer and Maintain Jenzabar ERP System: Manage updates, patches, basic database
maintenance, and system performance, coordinating with Jenzabar support to resolve complex issues.
• User Training and Support: Develop and deliver training programs, provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 support,
and act as the primary contact for Jenzabar-related help desk tickets.
• Report Writing and System Documentation: Write and manage reports using Jenzabar's tools, and
develop and maintain documentation for system configurations and processes.
• System/Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for system enhancements, automate processes,
and work with stakeholders to implement new functionalities aligned with the University's objectives.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Participate in cross-functional projects and provide support for
ancillary applications related to the Jenzabar system. [List bullet points of the essential duties of the job]

Minimum Job Qualifications

Education and/or Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  •  Minimum of 5 years of experience in system administration, database management, or ERP system
    support, preferably within higher education.

Certificates, Licenses or Registrations
No specific certifications required, but certifications related to ERP systems, SQL, or database management
would be beneficial.

Physical Demands
