Your Role & Responsibilities
In this role, you will manage 2–3 concurrent IT projects while serving as a central point of alignment between business and technology. You will:
- Support the Product Owner and business leads with milestone and deliverable tracking, KPI reviews, and bi-weekly meeting materials
- Oversee Agile ceremonies and sprint processes in partnership with Scrum Masters and development teams
- Serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring project/SOW alignment
- Facilitate collaboration across TSS solution areas including Architecture, Data Engineering, ML Ops, and Application Development
- Identify, manage, and proactively mitigate risks, issues, and cross-team dependencies
- Establish effective escalation paths and keep project teams engaged and accountable
- Maintain awareness of technical design, model development, and deployment lifecycle stages
- Own project scope management, timeline monitoring, budgeting, and resource planning
- Lead project meetings, ensure accurate documentation, and maintain clear communication with stakeholders
- Oversee project execution from end-to-end to ensure timely, high-quality, budget-responsible delivery
Skills & Experience You Should Possess
- 5–7 years of experience managing IT projects involving the full SDLC
- Proven experience with Agile methodologies and project management frameworks
- Hands-on experience using ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) or similar PM tools (required)
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to guide teams toward shared objectives
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Effective problem-solving skills and the ability to navigate shifting project dynamics
Bonus Points If You Have
- Experience supporting Data Analytics, Data Engineering, or Data Science projects
- Background working within enterprise IT portfolios or matrixed organizations
- Familiarity with ML Ops or cloud‑centric delivery environments
Education & Certifications You Need
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Project Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- PMP, CSM, or similar certifications are beneficial but not required

- Competitive Compensation – You choose the model that works best for you, both with company-sponsored benefits! $106,000–$126,000 annually or $62–$72 per hour, depending on your skills, experience, and location. Final compensation is determined based on skill alignment, years of experience, and fair, market-based rates by geography.
