Join us as a
Project Management:
• Oversee new installation projects to ensure efficient, profitable close-out
• Provide approved submittals and ensure timely delivery of materials from vendors
• Collaborate with the Field Superintendents to monitor job progress and address potential
delays with action plans
• Partner with Engineering and local & regional management for successful completion of the
project
• Maintain vendor relationships and assist with monthly forecasting and budget planning
• Identify change notice opportunities, prepare paperwork, and secure customer approvals
before work begins
Financial & Change Order Support
• Monitor job financial performance, track invoice collections, bad debt and process progress
payments.
• Facilitate with project scope, prepare change order paperwork, and track changes in SAP to
ensure proper documentation.
• Ensure projects are invoiced and achieve 90% - 95% payment before elevator turnover
(dependent on contractual agreement).
Customer Relationship Management
• Establish and maintain critical customer relationships to support project success.
• Submit certified payroll, including tracking worker hours, wages, and fringe benefits in
accordance with prevailing wage laws Quality & Safety Compliance
• Ensure compliance with customer and Schindler requirements for quality, performance, and
passenger safety
