This role is critical to ensuring advisors have timely, accurate information to better serve clients. You’ll help deliver communications end-to-end – content development, presentation support, distribution and engagement tracking – while advising partners on the best approach, channel and tone for each message.

  • Serve as a strategic partner to business stakeholders to ensure consistent voice, accuracy and clear calls-to-action across channels
  • Plan and execute field-facing town halls and leadership updates: run-of-show, speaker prep, rehearsal coordination and post-event recaps
  • Manage communications intake, prioritization and approvals to meet daily deadlines and urgent requests
  • Track and report engagement (e.g., opens/clicks, intranet views, attendance) and recommend improvements to targeting, timing and format
  • Build strong relationships with cross-functional partners (e.g., Compliance, Product, Operations, Marketing) to ensure communications are accurate and aligned

Qualifications:

  • 3–5 years of communications experience, including writing/editing for internal audiences
  • Excellent writing, editing and executive messaging skills; strong command of AP style (or equivalent)
  • Demonstrated ability to translate complex/technical topics into clear, actionable messaging
  • Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deliver under daily deadlines
  • Advanced PowerPoint skills; strong working knowledge of Word and Excel
  • Must be able to produce urgent communications on demand
  • Bachelor's degree required

  • Financial services experience; familiarity with advisor/field organizations
  • Experience measuring and optimizing internal communications performance
