You’ll gain hands-on experience working alongside experienced engineers, helping maintain and evolve the infrastructure and applications that power real operational outcomes.

Schedule and Work Details

  • Location: R&E

  • Schedule: Full-time, day shift

  • Clearance: Active Top Secret Clearance with Full Scope Polygraph required

  • Citizenship: Must be a U.S. Citizen

Here’s What Your Day-to-Day Might Include

  • Assisting with the development, maintenance, and deployment of mission software applications

  • Supporting automated build and deployment pipelines as part of a modern CI/CD workflow

  • Learning and applying Infrastructure as Code concepts to help manage cloud environments

  • Writing Python code to support backend services and automate routine processes

  • Contributing to web applications and APIs used across mission teams

  • Collaborating with engineers, DevOps staff, and stakeholders to integrate solutions across platforms

  • Gaining exposure to AI-enabled tools and workflows used to enhance operational capabilities

Minimum Qualifications

  • Clearance: Active Top Secret Clearance with Full Scope Polygraph (required). We do not have the ability to sponsor clearances.

  • Citizenship: Must be a U.S. Citizen. We cannot sponsor visas.

Education and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline such as Computer Science, Software Engineering, or Information Systems

  • No prior professional experience required

  • Four years of relevant technical experience may be substituted in place of a bachelor’s degree

Required Skills

  • Working knowledge of at least one programming language, such as Python

  • Familiarity with DevOps concepts, including CI/CD pipelines

  • Basic understanding of Infrastructure as Code principles

  • Foundational knowledge of web development technologies, including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript

  • Strong curiosity and willingness to learn new tools, technologies, and workflows

Desired Skills

  • Familiarity with serverless computing platforms such as AWS Lambda

  • Exposure to containerization technologies such as Docker

  • Interest in web security, application monitoring, network profiling, or device fingerprinting

  • Exposure to mobile application development or SDKs

  • Personal, academic, or internship projects demonstrating hands-on technical experience

Technology Stack

This role provides exposure to a modern engineering stack that includes Python, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform, CI/CD pipelines, cloud platforms, containerization technologies, and emerging AI and DevOps tooling used to support mission systems.

Compensation Range: $89,000.00 - $117,000.00 
*The salary range provided reflects an estimate based on current market trends and may be adjusted based on factors such as the candidate's experience, skills, and qualifications. The final offer will be tailored after a thorough evaluation of the candidate’s background and suitability for the role. Please note that this range is intended as a guideline and is subject to flexibility.
