Lead SAP Manufacturing (PP) Consultant – S/4HANA (all genders)

At Tenthpin, we are hiring a Lead SAP Manufacturing (PP) Consultant with deep expertise in Production Planning and manufacturing processes. You will guide clients through SAP S/4HANA deployments, shaping planning, scheduling, execution, and integrated manufacturing operations. This role is ideal for someone with strong PP capability, solid MRP knowledge, and the curiosity to understand adjacent processes.

The Opportunity

At Tenthpin, your manufacturing expertise will have real impact on how clients design and run their production operations. Your role will include, but will not be limited to:

• Leading fit-to-standard workshops across core PP processes

• Configuring end-to-end PP processes including BOMs, routings, work centers and production versions

• Designing planning strategies (MTS, MTO, repetitive manufacturing)

• Delivering MRP configuration, execution and exception handling

• Defining production execution and capacity planning flows

• Collaborating across MM, SD, QM, FI/CO and other functional areas

• Supporting testing, cutover preparation, deployment and hypercare

Your Experience

First and foremost, you are a genuine Management Consultant — a hands-on problem solver who brings clarity, structure and credibility to complex manufacturing challenges. You simplify planning processes, communicate effectively with stakeholders, and guide clients confidently through SAP S/4HANA decision-making.

• Strong hands-on experience in SAP Production Planning (PP)

• Deep understanding of MRP, planning strategies, and shop floor execution

• Practical experience configuring and delivering PP solutions in S/4HANA

• Solid integration capability across MM, SD, QM, and Finance

• A willingness to “look over the fence” and understand end-to-end processes

• SAP Public Cloud PP experience is a plus.

• Strong communication, documentation and collaboration skills
