West Monroe is currently seeking a Manager to join our NetSuite team within out Technology & Expeirence Practice.
This individual will bring expertise deploying NetSuite SaaS solutions, deep knowledge of end-to-end business processes, and a proven track record leading complex NetSuite transformation programs. The ideal candidate combines ERP consulting expertise with a passion for leveraging AI-enabled tools, automation, and analytics to improve project delivery, accelerate business outcomes, and enhance team productivity.
What You'll Do
- Lead NetSuite implementation, optimization, and transformation engagements for middle-market and upper middle-market clients.
- Serve as the primary delivery lead, managing client relationships, project governance, scope, budget, risks, and overall engagement success.
- Develop implementation strategies, solution architectures, and roadmaps aligned to client business objectives.
- Leverage AI-powered tools, automation technologies, and data-driven insights to improve project delivery, documentation, testing, reporting, and operational efficiency.
- Provide functional leadership across NetSuite business processes and SaaS modules, including Financial Management, OneWorld, Advanced Revenue Management, SuiteBilling, CRM, Procurement, Inventory, Manufacturing, WMS, and SuiteAnalytics.
- Conduct ERP assessments, fit-gap analyses, software selections, NetSuite readiness evaluations, and technology due diligence efforts.
- Oversee quality assurance reviews of project deliverables, configurations, integrations, and solution designs.
- Develop methodologies, accelerators, AI-enabled delivery assets, and best practices that improve efficiency and consistency across the practice.
- Support business development efforts through opportunity identification, proposal development, solution scoping, and partner relationship management.
- Mentor, coach, and develop consultants while actively participating in recruiting, hiring, and talent development initiatives.
What You'll Bring
- Bachelor's degree; equivalent experience considered.
- 7+ years of expeirence in a professional services role.
- 6+ years of ERP implementation and business transformation experience, including years of hands-on NetSuite configuration, administration, or solution delivery experience.
- Strong experience implementing, configuring, and optimizing NetSuite SaaS solutions across multiple functional areas, including Financial Management, OneWorld, CRM, Procurement, Inventory Management, Order Management, and SuiteAnalytics.
- Demonstrated expertise with advanced NetSuite modules such as Advanced Revenue Management (ARM), SuiteBilling, Advanced Financials, SuiteProjects/OpenAir, Warehouse Management System (WMS), Demand Planning, and Manufacturing, including requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, and user adoption.
- Experience with NetSuite integrations, SuiteCloud capabilities, customizations, workflows, reporting, and third-party ecosystem applications.
- Experience advising clients on SaaS ERP best practices, business process transformation, and maximizing the value of native NetSuite capabilities while minimizing unnecessary customization.
- Demonstrated experience utilizing AI-powered technologies, automation tools, and generative AI platforms (e.g., Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, Gemini, or similar tools) to improve project delivery, business processes, and client outcomes.
- Proven success leading multiple NetSuite implementation projects, including project planning, scope management, budgeting, stakeholder management, issue resolution, and risk mitigation.
- Prior people leadership experience with a passion for coaching, mentoring, and developing team members.
- Strong analytical, executive communication, and client relationship management skills; experience supporting M&A-related technology initiatives or ERP transformations is preferred. Ability to travel up to 30%.

Based on pay transparency guidelines, the salary range for this role can vary based on your proximity to one of our West Monroe offices (see table below). Information on our competitive total rewards package, including our bonus structure and benefits is here. Individual salaries are determined by evaluating a variety of factors including geography, experience, skills, education, and internal equity.
Employees (and their families) are covered by medical, dental, vision, and basic life insurance. Employees are able to enroll in our company’s 401k plan, purchase shares from our employee stock ownership program and be eligible to receive annual bonuses. Employees will also receive unlimited flexible time off and ten paid holidays throughout the calendar year. Eligibility for ten weeks of paid parental leave will also be available upon hire date.
