  • This is a hybrid position requiring onsite work three days per week at the Support Center in Legacy West, Plano, TX.

  • Housing, relocation, and transportation assistance are not provided.
  • Availability is required from June 1 through August 7, 2026, with a minimum commitment of 30 hours per week.

 

About the role

This person will support the paid media team by using performance data and testing insights to help answer business questions and identify opportunities to optimize media investment and creative performance. Close collaboration with internal marketing, creative, and merchandising partners is critical to ensure paid media insights align with brand priorities, product launches, and promotional strategies. Analytical curiosity, attention to detail, and the ability to interpret and summarize meaningful paid media metrics to inform optimization recommendations are essential to the role. This position is hybrid, working onsite at the SBH Support Center, located in Legacy West, Plano, TX.

Primary Duties

  • Analyze paid media performance data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for optimization.

  • Support testing and learning initiatives by evaluating results across creative, messaging, formats, and investment levels.

  • Assist with organizing and summarizing campaign results, insights, and learnings for internal teams.

  • Assist in developing data-driven recommendations to improve media efficiency and campaign effectiveness.

  • Help translate data into clear insights and summaries for internal marketing, creative, and leadership teams.

  • Conduct competitive, category, and consumer research to support strategic decision-making.

  • Support forecasting, pacing reviews, and post-campaign analysis in partnership with internal teams and external agencies.

  • Help organize test results and document learnings to inform future media strategies.

Knowledge, skills & abilities requirements

Basic understanding of digital marketing and paid media concepts (e.g., social ads, search ads, ecommerce marketing).

Familiarity with common marketing metrics such as impressions, clicks, CTR, co Awareness of social media platforms and digital trends (Instagram, TikTok, Google, etc.).

Introductory knowledge of data analysis concepts and marketing funnels.

Interest in beauty, retail, or consumer brands (hair care, hair color, nail care, etc.).nversion rate, CPA, and ROAS.

Working conditions & physical requirements

  • Office-based corporate environment (hybrid – 3 days a week in-office)
  • Should be based in Dallas Fort Worth area
  • Prolonged periods of sitting and working at a computer
  • Ability to attend meetings and collaborate with multiple teams
  • Minimal physical lifting or manual labor required

Location: Hybrid | Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday at the Sally Beauty Support Center, Legacy West (Plano, TX); Remote Thursday or Friday

The typical working environment is in the support center office, and the work is sedentary. Typically, the associate may sit comfortably to do the job. However, some tasks and activities may be walking, standing, bending, carrying light items such as papers, files, books, and small parts, driving an automobile to a store location, etc. These activities are not frequent and do not require significant physical demands to perform the work.

While involving everyday risks or discomforts, the work environment is designed with standard safety precautions. These precautions, typical of offices, meeting and training rooms, retail stores, residences, or commercial vehicles, include using safe work practices with office equipment, avoiding trips and falls, observing fire regulations and traffic signals,
