PURPOSE OF THE ROLE

The Partnerships Executive is responsible for conducting planning, collateral creation and project management work in support of the editorial team and our wider commercial objectives. This is a key role that will work directly with the Head of Global Editorial Partnerships to help ensure our content initiatives and overall content strategy are communicated in a timely and effective manner to key internal stakeholders. In addition, they will aid in the creation of key collateral and project manage editorial initiatives and content delivery as required.

YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND IMPACT

• Keep across evolving editorial strategy and output, liaising with planning teams and others
• Maintain and update central material and databases in support of overall editorial strategy
• Identify missing information and proactively reach out to relevant stakeholders to fill gaps
• Create marketing collateral for editorial series
• Ensure consistency across regions, and that key requirements across regions are captured
• Confirm, document, and circulate relevant editorial coverage to stakeholders
• Project manage specified priority editorial campaigns
• Support the Global Editorial Partnerships team across the range of their activities as required
• Reporting into the Head of Global Editorial Partnerships

YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

ESSENTIAL CRITERIA

• 2+ years of work experience, preferably in media, business operations or finance.

DESIRED BUT NOT REQUIRED

• Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and project management tools such as Monday.com.
• Comfortable presenting and translating data in a clear, accessible way to key stakeholders.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

COMPENSATION

The anticipated annual base salary for this position is $78,000 to $90,000. The actual base salary offered depends on the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, specific and unique skills, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and geographic location of the position.
