Could you be the full-time Production Intern in Kingston we’re looking for?

Your future role

Take on a new challenge and apply your creativity and organizational expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside collaborative and detail-oriented teammates.

You'll play a vital role in turning ideas into practical results. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (such as design, production, and planning teams), assist with design preparation, select and prepare materials, and much more.

You’ll specifically take care of supporting active projects with a strong focus on decal production, but also assist in ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to a high standard.

We’ll look to you for:

  • Assisting with design preparation and material selection

  • Supporting decal production and craft-related tasks

  • Helping ensure projects meet deadlines and quality standards

  • Collaborating with team members on various stages of production

  • Utilizing tools and software to support project needs

  • Contributing to creating practical, high-quality outcomes

All about you

We value passion and attitude over experience. That’s why we don’t expect you to have every single skill. Instead, we’ve listed some that we think will help you succeed and grow in this role:

  • Knowledge of graphic design principles and tools

  • Understanding of craft tools

  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

  • Ability to analyze and understand situations effectively

  • Access to reliable transportation to and from the work site

  • Availability to start work at 6 a.m.

You don’t need to be a train enthusiast to thrive with us. We guarantee that when you step onto one of our trains with your friends or family, you’ll be proud. If you’re up for the challenge, we’d love to hear from you!
