Position Purpose

The Project Manager oversees all phases of cabinet projects—from design, field layout, and material ordering through final installation—to ensure on-time delivery and exceptional customer satisfaction. This role coordinates with Business Development, service teams, vendors, and customers to maintain smooth project workflow and resolve issues quickly.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in design layouts and assembly of buying programs for home builders.
  • Order all required cabinetry materials and track orders through completion.
  • Schedule installation and service work based on estimated material arrival dates, service availability, and customer timelines.
  • Support the team and client throughout the full project lifecycle to ensure accurate, timely delivery of products and services.
  • Coordinate communication between vendors, installers, operations staff, and customers.
  • Monitor project progress, identify issues, and implement solutions to keep projects on schedule.
  • Maintain organized project documentation, including purchase orders, schedules, and correspondence.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within assigned territory.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with builders, contractors, and remodelers.
  • Review and approve order acknowledgements for accuracy.
  • Input new sales inquiries into the company’s database and update program files in the database as needed.
  • Maintaining an efficient work environment while contributing to the overall success of the company.

Requirements:



  • 1 year experience in the cabinet industry
  • Friendly, engaging and customer service-oriented mentality.
  • Must be able to work with team members and work with minimal supervision.
  • Proficient with Office365 including Outlook, Excel and Word.
  • Proficiency in 2020/Cyncly software.
  • Must pass pre-employment drug test and random drug tests after hiring.

 



Education, Qualifications, Licensing Requirements

High school diploma. GED, or equivalent.

Must have a valid Driver’s License and maintain the license with an acceptable driving record.

Management Preference

Knowledge and experience with BizTrack software.

Bilingual skills (English and Spanish).



Working Conditions
Open office environment, job site visits.


Physical requirements
Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and/or negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects, including the human body.
