LandVest, Inc. is looking for a Project Manager to handle Mitigation Banking and Environmental Credits.
Job Overview
The Project Manager’s primary role is to lead LandVest’s efforts in developing and growing a marketing, brokerage and consulting group focused on mitigation banking and environmental credits. The position will entail business generation, client and customer relations, advisory and consulting services, project management, and oversight of a team of transaction, resource, and technical professionals. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in the mitigation banking/environmental crediting field, the ability to obtain real estate licensing, and can demonstrate a high level of versatility, professionalism, leadership and communication skills. Compensation
Compensation is a mix of salary, benefits, and/or incentive compensation. Base Salary ranges from $50,000-$70,000 with significant commission based incentive comp.
